Analog Devices campus expansion in Wilmington, Massachusetts includes a 174,610 SF office/R&D building, a 52,000 SF “Hub” building, and a 675-space parking garage. The Hub building includes uses such as the cafeteria, a fitness center, reception/gallery, an auditorium, conference rooms, product demo lab, etc., all of which are geared towards enhancing the work environment of employees and visitor experience on the campus.

The project features associated site, drainage, and utility improvements, including new sidewalks, lighting, and landscaping. Improvements to the existing stormwater management system include the installation of a raingarden/bioretention basin, gravel wetland, and deep sump catch basins in accordance with the Massachusetts Stormwater Handbook.

Tighe & Bond provided civil and geotechnical engineering, landscape design, permitting, and construction phase services for the project.
