Enabling the Development of A New Facility
Our firm provided civil engineering and permitting services for the development of the JGS Lifecare assisted living facility. Our responsibilities for the project included field investigations, wetland delineation and environmental permitting, site/civil design, and assessment of utilities serving the new facility.
Previously, our firm worked with JGS Lifecare on the design and installation of a grease trap system, as well as the design and installation of backup power generators. We also provided mechanical and electrical system upgrades and completed a cogeneration study aimed at assessing the feasibility of reusing waste heat to generate on-site power and reduce energy costs.
