WL French Headquarters

Tighe & Bond completed the design, permitting and construction management of two new buildings (63,000 square feet) and associated site appurtenances to serve as the W.L. French Excavating Corporate Headquarters. Tighe & Bond’s scope included full site design and site plan preparation, along with development, submittal and public presentation of the following local land use permits: Site Plan Approval, Special Permit, earth migration, stormwater permit, septic system approval, and Notice of Intent/Order of Conditions. Following permit approvals, we developed construction level documents suitable for bidding and construction of the project, as well as providing part-time construction observation.
