Tighe & Bond provided site and traffic engineering for Sunrise Assisted Living at its facility on Turn of River Road in Stamford. The site engineering included sanitary sewer design, utility coordination, horizontal and vertical geometry layout of the driveway, and stormwater management.
As the site engineer, Tighe & Bond participated in the local approval process for both the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Environmental Protection Board.
