Site Design & Permitting for Corporate Headquarters
Our firm completed the design, permitting and construction management of two new buildings (63,000 square feet) and associated site appurtenances to serve as the W.L. French Excavating Corporate Headquarters.
The scope included full site design and site plan preparation, along with development, submittal and public presentation of the following local land use permits: Site Plan Approval, Special Permit, earth migration, stormwater permit, septic system approval, and Notice of Intent/Order of Conditions.
Following permit approvals, we developed construction level documents suitable for bidding and construction of the project, as well as providing part-time construction observation.
