Tighe & Bond Revitalizes Manchester’s West High School Track and Field
Tighe & Bond provided engineering consulting services for Manchester’s West High School track and athletic field synthetic surface replacement project. This included a physical inventory of the field and track site, as well as a subsurface conditions evaluation. Working with the City, we evaluated drainage issues associated with the existing field and provided cost-effective solutions for the replacement of the synthetic surface. The existing track surface was replaced with a new polyurethane surface.

Our scope of services included preparing design/engineering plans for repair and/or replacement and producing contract documents for public bid. We also provided services through the construction phase of the project: This encompassed answering requests for information, reviewing material and product submittals, and performing intermittent and final inspections of the project.
