VP, Landscape Architecture & Urban Design

Bob Uhlig brings more than three decades of landscape architecture and urban design experience for projects ranging from parks, waterfronts, and streetscapes to commercial, residential, and campus landscapes. He has led the design and project management for a variety of sophisticated, multi-disciplinary projects that solve site design and engineering challenges and involve the seamless integration of art, architecture, and natural systems. His greatest satisfaction comes from working collaboratively with clients and consultants on projects involving the incorporation of art and architecture into the natural landscape ecology.

In 2017, Bob was inducted into the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) Council of Fellows in recognition of his work and dedication to the landscape design profession. He continues to be heavily involved in organizations focused on design and improving the public realm. Currently, Bob serves as a Mayoral Appointment to the Revere Beach Design Review Board and Suffolk Downs Revere Design Advisory Committee as well as on the East Boston Greenway Council Board of Directors. He previously served on the Newburyport Parks Commission, the Newburyport Community Preservation Committee, and as Chair of the Newburyport Redevelopment Authority. Bob also serves on the Landscape Architectural Advisory Board and as a periodic guest lecturer and critic for Boston Architectural College and Roger Williams University and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

He is a LEED Accredited Professional with the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) and US Green Building Council (USGBC), a Certified Construction Specifier with Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), and certified with the National Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards (NCLARB).
