Bill Mertz serves as Transportation Business Line Leader at Tighe & Bond, overseeing our team of traffic and highway professionals across New England and the Northeast. Bill has over 25 years of experience on a wide variety of roadway, bridge, transportation, and utility infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, Bill has overseen the financial performance, project management, and technical delivery of transportation and infrastructure projects. He has worked on several significant projects for state agencies including the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation and MassDOT, as well as local communities throughout New England.
Life Outside of Work
Outside of work Bill can be found in the hockey rink or on the golf course, and is a member of the American Public Works Association.
