Dan Rukakoski is a Principal Environmental Scientist and a Technical Director for our Environmental Services business line. He has more than 20 years of experience in wetland delineation, environmental and energy permitting, regulatory negotiations, site investigation/clean-up and construction observation.

Dan regularly leads the environmental permitting efforts for municipal, commercial and public utility projects throughout the northeast. He is a Registered Professional Soil Scientist, Certified Professional Wetland Scientist, and a New Hampshire Certified Wetland Scientist.

Life Outside of Work

Dan is a big fan of his kids, sports and nature. Besides coaching Little League, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His hobbies include improvements to his 1800’s house, refurbishing vintage cars, hiking, running, and various outdoor activities.
