Emma Larkin Recognized with EBC Ascending Leader Award
Congratulations to Emma Larkin on being recognized with an Ascending Leader Award from the Environmental Business Council of New England (EBC), which honors emerging professionals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and contributions to New England’s environmental and energy industries.
A Project Manager within our Environmental Business Line, Emma leads ecological restoration projects that help municipalities, nonprofit organizations, and other clients restore wetlands and coastal ecosystems, strengthen coastal resilience, and protect water resources. She also manages environmental compliance programs and multidisciplinary field investigations while helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements.
In addition to her project work, Emma serves as Team Leader for our firm’s Site Assessment and Remediation group, where she oversees her team’s projects, mentors younger staff, and supports professional development opportunities. She is also the technical specialist for dredging and sediment within the firm’s Soil, Sediment and Groundwater Management Community of Practice (CoP), and serves as Location Manager for our Sandwich office.
Outside of Tighe & Bond, Emma is an active member of EBC, serving on its Ocean and Coastal Resources Committee. She was also named to Cape & Plymouth Business’s 40 Under 40 list in 2025 in recognition of her contributions to ecological restoration and environmental protection across southeastern Massachusetts.
