Emma Larkin is a project manager out of Tighe & Bond’s Pocasset Office with over eight years of experience working on site assessment and remediation, sediment management, solid waste, and facility compliance projects. Her current work focuses on assisting clients in complying with local, state, and federal regulatory programs including the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP), MassDEP Solid Waste Regulations, MassDEP 401 Water Quality Certification Program, and a variety of NPDES General Permits. She has extensive experience in coordinating and performing subsurface, geotechnical, and environmental investigations, including sampling of sediment, soil, surface water, and groundwater. Additionally, she plays an integral role in Tighe & Bond’s Emergency Response program.

Emma is also a Massachusetts Certified Title 5 Soil Evaluator and MassDEP-certified Class A/B UST Operator.

Life Outside of Work

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies also include cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
