Welcoming Elizabeth Clark, Nicole Reilly, and Rebecca Bentley
We are pleased to welcome three new members to our Land Use Business Line who collectively bring over six decades of experience in leading large-scale land development and site civil projects throughout the Northeast.
Elizabeth Clark, PE, SITES AP, ENV SP
Elizabeth is a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience leading planning, permitting, design, and construction administration for complex real estate development projects across residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial sectors. She has deep expertise in site design, utility infrastructure, stormwater management, and sustainable development, grounded in a practical understanding of entitlement strategy, permitting pathways, and construction realities. Her work will focus on supporting municipal and private development clients to meet their sustainability and site development objectives. She is based out of our Worcester, MA office.
Nicole Reilly, PE, LEED AP
Nicole is a Senior Project Manager who has led large-scale land development and site civil projects. She has managed complex projects from site selection and concept planning through permitting, public approvals, and construction, often involving multiagency coordination and high public visibility, in her over 25 years in the industry. Nicole has also led and trained colleagues on project management skills, effective communication, and client service strategies. Early on in her career she worked in the public sector which still serves her well today. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island and is based out of our Providence, RI office.
Rebecca Bentley, PE
Rebecca is a Senior Project Manager and geotechnical engineer with demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects across industrial, commercial, retail, residential, and waterfront sectors. With over 25 years of experience, she is experienced in shallow and deep foundations, subgrade preparation, ground improvement, pavements, floor slabs, excavations and geotechnical instrumentation. She is a registered PE in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, and is based out of our Portsmouth and Manchester, NH offices.
