Toxic Use Reduction Act (TURA) Fees – Summary of Recommendations
The Administrative Council is currently reviewing the need to increase revenues for the TURA program. There have been no fee adjustments to the TURA Program since it was established back in 1991. The Council will review three options for increasing the annual fees to the TURA Program.
