Recognizing our 2025 Aspiring Leaders
We are proud to recognize our 2025 Aspiring Leaders cohort who recently presented their recommendations in key areas of our firm’s operations and culture to our Senior Leadership Team.
Aspiring Leaders is our year-long professional development program for high performing and early-in-career team members from across the organization. During this program, participants engage in formal leadership development, receive internal mentorship, and work on group assignments related to strategic, organization-wide initiatives that help drive the direction of our firm. This year’s initiatives included project delivery, inclusion and belonging, and our Make a Difference program.
