Zach is a Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Tighe & Bond, with nearly two decades of experience in designing, permitting, and providing construction administration for civil and site engineering projects. He has served on design teams for flood pumping stations, sanitary sewers, pump station, water mains, drainage systems, and site/civil projects. He also facilitated the permitting process on many projects and performed construction phase observation. He has been involved with master planning, capital improvement plans, rate studies, and hydrologic/hydraulic studies.
Zach currently serves as an Advisory Member to the Tighe & Bond Board of Directors. He is active in professional organizations, including the Massachusetts Municipal Association and New England Water Environment Association, and is a past president of Western Massachusetts Water Works Association.
