Paul Moran is a Senior Engineer in Tighe & Bond’s Water Business Line, with 13 years of experience as a water engineer specializing in treatment technologies. He has experience with a wide range of projects including planning, design, and construction administration. Paul’s experience includes serving as Project Manager and Technical Lead for complex, multi-disciplinary drinking water and wastewater treatment projects. Paul is experienced in utilizing fast-track design-build methods to deliver projects on a condensed timeline. He is an active member of the New England Water Works Association and New England Water Environment Association. He also manages Tighe & Bond’s Master Specifications team.
Life Outside of Work:
Outside of work, Paul loves reading a wide variety of books to his four homeschooled children, and co-leads a VBS program with his wife at their local church. He is often listening to a heavy theological book, and occasionally finds time for a board game.
