Nicole is a Senior Project Manager at Tighe & Bond, with extensive experience leading large-scale land development and site civil projects throughout New England. Nicole is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Registered Professional Engineer in RI, MA, and CT. She has managed complex projects from site selection and concept planning through permitting, public approvals, and construction, often involving multi-agency coordination and high public visibility.
Nicole is recognized for her ability to guide multidisciplinary teams while balancing regulatory requirements, budget, and schedule. She also brings strong leadership experience, mentoring management staff and supporting proposal development and client engagement. Early in her career, Nicole also worked in the public sector which still guides her approach to projects to this day. She is based out of Tighe & Bond’s Providence, RI office.
Outside of Work:
Outside of work she enjoys volunteering for Save A Lab Rescue, coaching youth soccer at Coventry Soccer Association, youth basketball in the Town of Scituate, camping, travelling, photography, cheering for Rhode Island FC, Boston Celtics and the New England Revolution, reading, and spending time outdoors with her husband, dogs and two kids.
