Kamila O’Neill is a structural engineer with over 9 years of professional experience within all phases of design and construction administration on a wide range of building and infrastructure projects. She serves as Team Leader, overseeing a team of structural staff in Western Massachusetts. Her experience includes the structural design of commercial buildings, bridges and culverts, and water and wastewater treatment facilities. She has also provided structural engineering for the design and analysis of dam projects.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, Kamila enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, biking, and photography. She loves to share her photography through local vendor events selling prints of local Western Massachusetts scenes under the name Mila O Photography. In the fall, she participates in the annual Will Bike for Food by organizing a team for Tighe & Bond and helping raise money for the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts.
