Emma Larkin is a Project Manager specializing in hydrologic assessments and sediment management to support infrastructure improvement and ecological restoration. Her work spans dam removal, salt marsh restoration, cranberry bog restoration, and fish passage projects. She leads hydrologic monitoring programs and sediment sampling efforts that inform restoration design and maintain regulatory compliance. Emma collaborates closely with local, state, and federal agencies to navigate complex regulatory and permitting pathways, including the MassDEP Waste Site Cleanup, MassDEP 401 Water Quality Certification, MassDEP Solid Waste, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Dredge Programs. She also has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary field programs to support site assessment and remediation, and solid waste projects.

Emma is also a Massachusetts Certified Title 5 Soil Evaluator and MassDEP-certified Class A/B UST Operator.

Life Outside of Work

Outside of work, Emma enjoys quality time with her family and friends, exploring new restaurants and recipes, and being outdoors in nature.
