Dan Roop is a project engineer specializing in environmental engineering, with a focus on water and wastewater. His work includes capital improvement planning, asset management, and the design of public and private drinking water, collection system, and wastewater treatment facilities. Dan is a licensed wastewater operator and his skillset includes sampling and analysis of surface water, groundwater and wastewater, process instrumentation, and construction services.

Life Outside of Work

Dan’s passion for water spills over into his leisure time activities. In the summers he can be found waterskiing and fishing in Cape Cod Bay, and during the winter he loves playing pond hockey with his wife, family, and friends. Dan has completed four Pan Mass Challenge bicycle rides with Team Tighe & Bond.
