Angelia (Angel) Bisbee is a Project Manager in Tighe & Bond’s Transportation Business Line, specializing in the development of pavement management programs, capital planning efforts, and client service delivery for municipal and regional stakeholders. She has worked extensively as a GIS analyst on infrastructure projects, contributing to asset inventories and spatial analysis for a wide range of public works initiatives.
