We are excited to welcome Peter Dadarria and Joseph McGuire to Tighe & Bond. They both bring Pavement Management expertise to our Transportation Business Line, allowing our clients to effectively preserve paved surfaces via maintenance and repairs, as well as plan for upgrades and improvements.  This results in keeping pavement networks safe and reliable, while also minimizing disruption to stakeholders and long-term spend by accounting for variables like materials costs. 

Peter Dadarria joins us as a Senior Project Manager and has 15 years of pavement-focused asset management experience for communities across the Northeast. He specializes in data collection methodologies, data management/analysis, deliverable production PCI forecast budgeting/modeling, capital improvement planning, client interaction, and mentoring/ training of younger staff.

Joseph McGuire joins us in the Project Manager role, with over 10 years of GIS and asset management experience. His primary focus is the development and maintenance of pavement management programs with communities around New England. Joseph also brings experience working alongside paving vendors that specialize in pavement preservation treatments to better educate communities on preservation processes. He also regularly presents pavement management findings in public settings.

Our pavement management specialists leverage data to assist our clients in understanding and effectively managing their pavement assets, including roadways and highways. This data-driven approach, in partnership with our Geographic Information Systems (GIS) team, informs the planning and prioritization of maintenance and repairs.
