Groundbreaking ceremony for the new Dover High School athletic field.
We celebrated an exciting milestone in the construction of the new Dover High School Athletic Facility, as we joined the City of Dover and other project partners at a groundbreaking ceremony. Our multi-disciplinary team is providing civil, environmental, and structural engineering services for this state-of-the-art facility which, once complete, will feature a new multi-sport field, grandstand, press box, track, multi-use baseball field, and facilities for visitors and players.

We also joined clients Eastern Real Estate and The Kane Company to celebrate the groundbreaking of Prescott Post, a 360-unit multifamily complex in Portsmouth. Our services include site/civil design and permitting, traffic engineering, and construction administration. This development will transform a vacant retail property into a residential community offering mixed-rate apartments for Seacoast residents to address housing needs.
