Ryan is a Principal Engineer and Technical Director specializing in drinking water quality and treatment. In these roles, Ryan leads multi-disciplinary design teams in the planning, design, and construction of new water treatment facilities. He also provides engineering services for retrofitting/upgrading existing facilities to enhance treatment performance and compliance with increasingly stringent water quality standards.
In addition to his consulting engineering experience, Ryan was the head of hydrologic/hydraulic modeling for the NYC Department of Environmental Protection Bureau of Water and Sewer Operations and then worked as Director of Water Quality for a large publicly traded water company where he was responsible for compliance and treatment process optimization for dozens of public water systems.
Life Outside of Work
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hiking, skiing, and exploring the cosmos (i.e., stargazing) with his wife and two children.
