The Truette Receives Plan NH Merit Award of Excellence
The Truette, the first phase of the Cochecho Waterfront Development in Dover, NH, has been recognized with a Merit Award of Excellence from Plan NH.
The project transformed a former municipal-industrial site once inaccessible to the public into a vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood. We provided site/civil and environmental services to support this landmark project, which offers much-needed housing for Seacoast residents, strengthens connections to downtown Dover and public transportation, incorporates climate-resilient and sustainable design features, and restores access to the Cochecho River for the first time in generations.
Congratulations to the City of Dover and Cathartes, who led the project team, and to our other partners EMBARC, Windover Construction, and Street-Works Studio on this recognition.
