We are pleased to welcome two new key hires to our Troy, New York office, further strengthening our service capabilities in the Capital Region. 

Roy Richardson

Roy joins our firm as a Senior Project Manager in our Water Business Line, where he will be active in both project delivery and business development. He brings extensive experience in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure from concept through completion. Throughout his career, Roy has led complex drinking water, stormwater, and industrial treatment projects, and offers a strong background in funding, permitting, and construction management. In addition to his technical expertise, he is a retired Major in the United States Air Force, where he served more than 10 years as a Civil Engineer Officer. Roy is also dedicated to his alma mater, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he actively supports the Civil & Environmental Engineering Department and mentors the next generation of engineers. 

Brian Baulsir

Brian joins our Environmental Business Line as an Environmental Project Manager with nearly 20 years of experience within the environmental remediation field. His background includes subsurface investigations, UST removals and upgrades, regulatory compliance, and long-term monitoring. He has worked with a wide range of public and private sector clients, including state agencies, retail petroleum providers, and municipalities
