UNH Expands Jackson Estuarine Laboratory to Advance Coastal Research
Coastal research has more room to grow at the University of New Hampshire.
Our team joined UNH and project partners for a ribbon cutting marking the 4,500-square-foot expansion of Jackson Estuarine Laboratory on Great Bay. The expanded facility will advance research on estuaries while creating more opportunities for students to learn alongside experienced scientists. This important work will help build more resilient coastal ecosystems while supporting New Hampshire’s coastal economy.
Working alongside Turner Group and Milestone Construction, LLC, we provided civil, environmental, and geotechnical services, including a living shoreline design to protect the adjacent shoreline. We’re proud to contribute to a facility that connects scientific discovery with meaningful benefits for coastal communities.
