As a Water Technical Director based out of Tighe and Bond’s Worcester office, Tom serves as the principal and project manager for a variety of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. He also serves as a Resource Manager who is responsible for managing resources and staff workload for multiple teams in Tighe and Bond’s offices throughout the Northeast.

Tom has over 32 years of experience with a background in municipal consulting and construction in water resources and wastewater engineering. His experience includes managing the planning, design, permitting and construction of treatment facilities, groundwater wells, pumping stations, storage tanks, SCADA systems, transmission mains, and other related waterworks and wastewater projects.

Thomas also serves as a member of the New England Water Works Association and the Massachusetts Water Works Association where he co-chairs two committees.

Life Outside of Work

Outside of work, Tom enjoys golfing, playing hockey, and following his daughter’s lacrosse team.

Tom actively gives back to his community by volunteering as the Chairman of the Permanent Town Building Committee and serving on the Capital Planning Committee in his hometown of Westford, MA. As a volunteer, he was involved in the recently completed construction of a new Fire Headquarters and Combined Dispatch Center as well as the rehabilitation of the Westford Town Hall, Senior Center, and Community Center.
