Steve Seigal is a Project Director who has four decades of project management and engineering experience in municipal wastewater and is well known for serving numerous communities throughout New England. He has planned, designed, and provided construction phase engineering services for a variety of projects that include secondary and advanced wastewater treatment facilities, biosolids processing and disposal, odor control system improvements, pumping stations, and collection systems.

Throughout Steve’s career, his expertise has incorporated innovative wastewater treatment technologies. He also has written and presented papers at various regional and national technical conferences and has been a contributing author for several wastewater treatment guides and manuals.

Life Outside of Work

Steve enjoys world travel, sports, and spending time with family and friends. He enjoys public service and has served his former community as an elected Water Commissioner and its representative to the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority.
