Peter Grabowski serves as a principal and project manager for a variety of water projects. His experience includes project management, planning, pilot testing, engineering evaluation, design, permitting, cost estimating, and construction project supervision.
Peter is a member of the Connecticut Section AWWA Residuals and Education Committees, and currently co-chairs the Education Committee. He also serves on Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s Civil and Environmental Engineering Advisory Board. In addition, Peter is a frequent technical speaker at AWWA and NEWWA programs, and has authored numerous technical publications.
He also serves in the corporate role as Tighe & Bond’s Water Business Line Leader and co-leader of Tighe & Bond’s project management training program. Several projects that Peter has overseen have been recipients of American Council of Engineering Companies awards.
Life Outside of Work
Peter stays extremely active outside of work, coaching several youth sports and serving as the treasurer for the Westfield Youth Soccer Association. He volunteers his time coaching for the Westfield Little League, Westfield Youth Soccer, travel baseball teams, and previously the Westfield suburban basketball program. Growing up in Connecticut, Peter is an avid UConn sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family watching and participating in various sports.
