Kathy Kern is a Principal Engineer in Tighe & Bond’s Portland office, responsible for business development with agencies and municipalities in Northern New England. She also provides support as a project director on transportation and infrastructure projects. Kathy has managed numerous municipal and MaineDOT projects, including intersection improvements, highway reconstruction, bridge and culvert replacements, and bicycle and pedestrian improvements.

Outside of work, Kathy enjoys new experiences, music, and travel.
