James Webb is a Principal Environmental Scientist who has 18 years of hazardous building materials assessment, management, and demolition experience for clients in many different industries, including government, education, healthcare, manufacturing and construction. He has asbestos inspector/management planner, asbestos project designer, as well as asbestos project monitor certifications and licenses in Connecticut. He has experience in all facets of hazardous building material compliance including: hazardous building materials management, asbestos assessment, asbestos monitoring, lead assessment, lead monitoring, radon measurement, radon mitigation, mold assessment, indoor air quality, PCB assessment, and PCB abatement oversight. He has developed comprehensive inspection reports, asbestos management plans, and abatement specifications used to solicit competitive bids.

Life Outside of Work

Outside of work, James enjoys participating in and coaching sports, mountain biking, skiing, and home improvements with his wife and son Carter.  James is devoted to his family and his community.
