As a Project Engineer at Tighe & Bond, Cassandra LaRochelle focuses on stormwater management and water distribution projects. She has supported multiple communities in their water infrastructure replacement and rehabilitation programs. Outside of designing and planning water system improvements, she specializes in assisting Massachusetts communities to remain compliant with EPA’s Small MS4 stormwater permit. Cassandra has helped develop Notices of Intent, written plans, and annual reports, as well as conducted multiple training sessions for municipal employees, to meet permit requirements. She has also advanced municipalities’ MS4 programs by completing field work to investigate drainage outfalls and collect inventory and dry weather screening data.
Life Outside of Work
Cassandra spends much of her free time adventuring outdoors and enjoys hiking, skiing, canoeing, and camping.
