Alan is a Senior Project Manager at Tighe & Bond, with extensive experience in the planning, design, and construction of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. He has successfully managed multidisciplinary teams on a wide range of projects, including wastewater pumping stations, treatment process upgrades, water pumping stations, distribution system improvements, pipelines, and storage facilities. He is based out of our firm’s Providence, RI office.
Alan provides leadership throughout all phases of project delivery, from conceptual planning and design through construction management and startup. He is experienced in managing project budgets, schedules, regulatory coordination, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent assignments, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client service.
Life Outside of Work
Outside of work, Alan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, cooking Sunday family dinner, and being outdoors.
