Lobsterfest 2026: Celebrating An Annual Firm Tradition
Lobsterfest began as an employee appreciation party in the back parking lot of our Westfield headquarters. Now in its 26th year, that same spirit is still at the center of the tradition.
We recently hosted our annual summer sendoff, complete with food & drink, live music, and an inter-office cornhole tournament.
The day is a reminder of what makes our culture special. Lobsterfest is a true team effort, from the admin team and many colleagues who handled the planning, coordination, and behind-the-scenes details, to our senior leaders who put on aprons to help set up, cook, serve, clear tables, and pitch in wherever needed.
As an employee-owned firm, showing up for each other comes naturally. Lobsterfest brings that to life: a long-standing tradition built on appreciation, teamwork, humor, and making room at the table as we continue to grow.
