Roy Richardson is a Senior Project Manager in Tighe & Bond’s Water Business Line, where he will be active in both project delivery and business development. He has over 20 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure from concept through completion. Throughout his career, Roy has led complex drinking water, stormwater, and industrial treatment projects, with a strong background in funding, permitting, and construction management. He is a registered PE in New York.

In addition to his technical expertise, he is a retired Major in the United States Air Force, where he served more than 10 years as a Civil Engineer Officer. Roy is also dedicated to his alma mater, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he actively supports the Civil & Environmental Engineering Department and mentors the next generation of engineers.

Outside of Work:

Outside of work, Roy enjoys gardening, cooking, coaching youth soccer, woodworking, and doing outdoor activities with his wife, two boys, and their dog.
