Danielle Teixeira named to Worcester Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty list
We are proud to congratulate Danielle Teixeira, Senior Project Manager and Team Leader in our Water Business Line, on being named to the Worcester Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty list. This award honors rising leaders throughout Central Massachusetts who are driving business success, personal growth, and positive impact in their communities.
Danielle was recognized for her leadership on major water infrastructure projects that deliver clean drinking water to residents across Massachusetts, including the design and construction of six PFAS water treatment plants in Webster, Raynham, and Grafton. Through her work, she has directly served more than 15 communities and impacted hundreds of thousands of people—helping to improve water quality while also securing critical project funding, especially for rural areas.
At Tighe & Bond, Danielle leads interdisciplinary project teams of more than 50 professionals across a variety of projects ranging from treatment plants and pump stations to water storage tanks, chemical feed systems, water mains, and master plans. Beyond project delivery, she is deeply committed to mentoring younger professionals and advancing the industry through her involvement with NEWWA and MWWA.
Danielle does this all while being an outstanding mother of four children, showcasing her commitment to balancing a thriving career with active parenthood and serving as an inspiration for other women in the field of engineering.
We look forward to celebrating Danielle and the other honorees at WBJ’s Annual 40 Under Forty Awards next month.
