The 2026 Leadership Institute class.
At Tighe & Bond, we believe that strong leadership can be developed at every stage of a career. That’s why we invest in our people through programs like the Leadership Institute, a 10-session experience designed to help participants build both personal and professional leadership skills while preparing them for future opportunities within the firm.
The 2026 Leadership Institute brought together 25 professionals from a wide range of disciplines and office locations across our company. The class recently gathered at our Westfield, MA headquarters to celebrate completing the program and the relationships, insights, and growth they gained along the way.
Through engaging sessions with members of Tighe & Bond’s leadership team and experienced outside consultants, participants explored key leadership concepts, strengthened their communication and collaboration skills, and gained tools to help them succeed in their careers. The Leadership Institute reflects our ongoing commitment to developing our employee-owners and fostering a culture of leadership, strong client service, and shared success.
