David Horowitz provides regulatory compliance and industrial wastewater treatment plant design services to industrial, municipal, and institutional clients. He also delivers flammable and combustible storage tank design services, as well as tank integrity testing services. Dave is a Professional Engineer and Certified Safety Professional who serves as a Project Director on a broad range of projects. This includes Environmental, Health & Safety audits, risk management planning, process safety management, wastewater treatment plant design, oil storage system design, permitting, regulatory compliance, demolition, and tank integrity testing.
Dave promotes process optimization and economic savings through the application of his knowledge of industrial wastewater treatment plant systems. In addition, he performs environmental, safety, and water/wastewater operations training and assists prospective treatment plant operators with examination preparation.
Life Outside of Work
Dave is fully invested in his family and his community. From youth coaching to high school booster club leadership, Dave has been active in his children’s activities. Currently, he sits on his town’s Park Commission. His hobbies include all things Boston sports, golfing, and dreaming of travel.
