Lisa M. Robert, PE is a member of Tighe & Bond, Inc.’s Board of Directors and currently serves as an Executive Vice President at engineering and consulting firm RS&H, headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, where she also serves on the Board of Directors. She leads half of the operations in the firm including merger and acquisition efforts across their national platform and drives the company’s strategic imperatives.
Throughout her nearly 30-year career, Lisa has worked in the public and private sectors. She began her career as a public servant with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, where she oversaw numerous heavy highway construction projects and led several statewide initiatives. She then entered the private sector, working for a southeast regional engineering company where her roles and responsibilities evolved to Chief Operations Officer responsible for driving efficient operations and the successful expansion of new business.
Lisa has served as an active member of various professional, educational and community organizations and state-appointed Board positions. She has also garnered recognition as an influential leader in her industry, being awarded Jacksonville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award (2008) and the Women of Influence Award (2013).
