Master Plan Provides a Wide Array of Campus Landscape Design Services

Halvorson | Tighe & Bond Studio has provided a broad range of campus landscape design and planning services for the Harvard Business School campus in Boston.

Projects have included a study of the Olmsted Brothers’ original 1927 design for the campus as well as the design of a series of new and renovated spaces, following the Olmsted principles. Other projects include the Gallatin Hall Student Residence quad with Shepley Bulfinch, the historic central quadrangle in front of Baker Library and new courtyards adjacent to the Spangler Campus Center in collaboration with architect Robert A. M. Stern, and the new Hawes Hall with EYP. Sustainable and native plantings were used for all of the designs.
