Raina Volovski is a Project Environmental Scientist specializing in identifying natural resources that may be affected by a proposed project and ensuring the projects comply with municipal, state, and federal regulations. In addition, Raina helps guide business lines and clients toward designs and goals that allow environmental sustainability. She has over nine years of relevant experience in consulting as a lead environmental scientist working on a wide range of projects from single lot developments to 250 miles of wetland delineations, permitting and regulator coordination, listed species habitat assessments, soil investigations, and environmental compliance.
Raina is also an active member of the Connecticut Association of Wetland Scientists, the Association of State Wetland Scientists, the Association of Massachusetts Wetland Scientists, the Soil Society of America, the Society of Soil Scientists of Southern New England and the Society of Wetland Scientists.
Life Outside Work
Outside of work, Raina enjoys spending time outdoors with her family on adventures, exploring, hiking, skiing, and generally relaxing. She also volunteers her time by hosting a 5K run/walk to benefit the family of one of her friends.
