RMP & General Duty
Facilities subject to the regulatory requirements in 40 CFR 68 are required to maintain specific engineering and operational controls to minimize release of the regulated substance (in this case, chlorine).
Attendees will be provided with RMP information as it relates to chlorine as the “covered process”. Additionally, attendees will learn about the following:
• General RMP requirements
• Off-site Consequence Analysis
• General Duty Clause
Massachusetts licensed wastewater treatment plant operators will receive two (2) training contacts hours (TCH).
