Tighe & Bond serves as a pre-approved designer for the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA)’s Accelerated Repair Program, which focuses on the preservation of existing assets by performing energy efficient and cost saving upgrades that result in direct operational savings for school districts.
Serving School Districts Across the Commonwealth
Tighe & Bond has been providing energy efficient repairs to multiple schools and districts across the Commonwealth for more than six years. We have performed a range of roof, window, door, and mechanical system/boiler improvements for schools in Greenfield, Brockton, Orleans, Palmer, Swansea, Wareham, Westfield, and Worcester.
These energy efficient and cost saving upgrades have included the removal of existing boilers (and associated piping and electrical components), and new high efficiency boiler replacement. We have also provided services for the removal and replacement of windows, as well as the replacement of existing roofing systems.
