Joe Persechino is a Vice President and Client Sector Leader for Tighe & Bond’s real estate development clients. Joe has 15 years of experience in civil engineering, site design, permitting and construction. He administers all aspects of development from project initiation through construction for various commercial, roadway, healthcare, municipal, government and educational projects. Joe is also a LEED AP who advocates sustainability and Low Impact Design (LID) whenever possible.

Joe’s specialties include site/civil, low impact, and stormwater design. His expertise also includes water and wastewater design, stream restoration as well as solar array design and permitting.

Life Outside of Work

Outside of work, Joe enjoys being outdoors. He enjoys hiking, backpacking, mountaineering, ice and rock climbing, CrossFit, gardening, and just working around the house. He also loves spending time with family and friends, and makes time to coach Little League and basketball to kindergarteners (seriously). He lives in Rye, New Hampshire with his wife Annie, son Mark, daughter Maya, and dog Wiley.
