Chris Haker is a Vice President and Technical Director with almost three decades of experience in geotechnical and dam engineering analysis and design. He has performed these services for commercial and industrial building foundations, and permanent retaining wall structures. This includes municipal infrastructure projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, water tanks, pump stations, roadway embankments, and bridges.

An expert in dam engineering, Chris also performs inspections, design, and construction phase services for complete dam rehabilitations and re-construction. He has managed the inspection and rehabilitation of a multitude of concrete, stone masonry, and earth embankment dams throughout the Northeast. This includes multiple dam projects for the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation and regional water companies throughout New England.

Life Outside of Work

Chris enjoys fishing and playing softball and orchestrating the Worcester office’s annual charity chili cook-off. Chris enjoys watching his children’s various sports teams, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
